@axelheitmueller @DigitalKway Yes - each Trusts procurement will have their own rules on it. I’ve only heard about framework level convos rather than local procurement ones. If they chose a framework TPP are on to run the comp and set out the rules and they win not sure how they could not be awarded.

There’s a lot of evidence that any barrier stops people who need to access primary care is a bad thing and disproportionately affects those in the areas of most deprivation. It’s also unenforceable. Big thumbs down
