@PokeMadness1996 @TN_20_ They could, they don't have to, they can do the design however they wish. I do agree that we could have a way more interesting design but I don't think it would fit with one of the other characteristics of Panthalus, the fact that he's GIGANTIC. Could lead to performance issues.

@SonicHero3D They do it cuz on the other side there's Pokémon fans being absurdly toxic and constantly bashing Palworld. It essentially creates an infinite loop of the 2 sides throwing rocks at each other and no one winning.

I've never understood THIS section of the Palworld community. Why do they feel the need to weaponize this game against Pokémon when it doesn't even PLAY like Pokémon in the first place? Of the footage I've seen of Palworld, it feels more like Monster Hunter to me than Pokémon.

I used to put hundreds of hours into Pokémon games. Then Nintendo got lazy about development, and the games became increasingly worse with each new release. Pocketpair scratched that itch for us disgruntled Pokémon fans, and it makes you upset for some reason?

@holasNic75 @paintmakesart Their body shape isnt even the same bruh Panthalus is skinnier and everything from the color to the fins etc etc is completely different Despite that you're claiming they stole assets from pokemon, something that been claimed hundreds of times over and like always theres no proof

@paintmakesart For me it's the blatant plagiarism. If Kyogre's 3D model was repurposed as a stingray or even a bird, I'd still be yelling. Stealing is stealing. Pocketpair does not own these assets.

@rosaREQVT The marks on Panthalus are more to represent the waves visual effects too so the entire conversation of "no design its just kyogre copy paste" really doesn't hold any water... hehe.. water.

@aleemolina24 @TN_20_ The eyes are in different positions They are shaped differently It's a fictional creature supposed to be mythical of course the eyes are not gonna be colored like a normal animal. Going for black outer eye color is the most logical step since it is the exact opposite of white.

@rosaREQVT I love Panthalus design, the markings representing the waves visual effects, his ornaments and the fins destribution across the body are great.. and of course HE BIG! Seeing people ignore any and all design just to trash talk Palworld is sad and discredits their arguments XD

@TN_20_ Also btw I think it's important to point out about Panthalus design is that the markings on his body are to mimic some of the waves visual effects not to copy Kyogre.

@Leafar_P1 Ok it’s not 1:1, more like 0,9:1 The Pal is a Kyogre that got squished on the sides and as a result got thinner sides and taller head, could have been worse

@TN_20_ The head shape is different on the side, Panthalus head is taller while Kyogre head is shaped like a cone. Sorry I don't have the images to provide because the one I used in the post above are from someone else 😓

@feIidaen The similarities end at both being legendary creatures based on whales. The marks on Panthalus are inspired on the waves effects not meant to copy kyogre red marks, they are the same animal but vastly different concepts, Pokémon fans are actively ruining their own credability.

Простите, но сравнение этого пала с кайогром из покемонов кажется мне 1) натянутым дальше некуда... 2) обесценивающим любые аргументы о плагиате дизайнов , которые и так не очень крепкие но местами имеют место быть 3) выставляют фанатов покемонав идиотами которые не понимают о чем говорят 4) несправедливы по отношению к дизайну киогра потому что он охуенный, один из самых лучших дизайнов покемонов вообще по моему. А этот пал хоть и не плох по зюдизайну я но по факту просто basic space whale, который мог бы быть просто монстром в какой нибудь корейской мир И ёпт, кайогр это не просто какой-то кит, это касатка , а пал слева - самый банальный расплывчатый какой-то там кит...
