Hi @Evri_Help I'm a business sender undelivered for 11 days (tracking: H04GMA0000197251). I've contacted support twice with no resolution. The parcel contains high-value goods and I need this urgently escalated. unable to find a claim form on your website.

@RedFunnelFerry absolutely terrible service today. Cancelled boats for the wind then make families with disabled children and babies to wait outside in the freezing cold then leave them stranded in east cowes!!!
