@virginmedia But the app isn’t saying there is a fault or what not! Yet me and my partner can’t get wifi very well upstairs, or in the room that is directly above the WiFi. For £33 a month too I expect a decent signal!

@virginmedia I am sick and tired of going round in circles with this company!! £33 a month for broadband that doesn’t work round the house properly, awful! Called last week & all I was told was to order a booster through the VM app or My 02… WE CAN’T! There’s no instructions!!
