It's a story time. Someone should repeat after me. Story story 😎 An Igbo adage says "e kpela ka onye bara gi egbe ka gi mbo" literal meaning is (don't let the person who shot you, to remove the bullet). "Long time ago "before the arrival of Jesus" my school gf left me for another guy and at the time, she thinks I wasn't serious or has no potential. I cried my eyes and heart out because I love this girl so much and wanted a future for us but I was a still student Late last year, I got a call to solve a very complicated situation that meant I was the only lifeline for them and I was willing to assist. When the details of the family involved was forwarded, the names sounded familiar but I couldn't place my head where I knew these persons. After further research, it turned out that the lady in the centre of this situation was my ex who left me for this guy when we were in school. I introduced myself to her and she was shocked. She tried to pretend as if nothing happened and didn't't see the need apologise for how she treated me. They stopped contacting me and I wasn't bothered. They are back begging that they have tried many places and were told I have the solution to their problem and I am their best plug. She said she wanted to have a frank conversation with me and I don't know what to do. On one hand, I want to assist, afterall the world is a small place but when I remember how this lady treated me in school and I nearly failed my semester exams and performed poorly, I want to make her pay for what she did to me.
