Don't believe the lies from @barackobama and others who say (or at least imply) that ending the #EndangermentFinding means the end of regulating pollution from vehicles, power plants, etc. It's just not true. @TheJuanWilliams was just saying that there won't be "emissions" reporting or regulation anymore. It's just not true. Actual pollutants will be every bit as regulated as before. All of the regulations about true pollutants, NOx, sulfates, particulates, etc., remain in place. Update: No suspects located. Shelter in place has been lifted. Officers will remain on scene as the investigation continues.

Arvada Police are investigating a shooting in the area of 58th Ave and Pierce St. One victim is being transported to a local area hospital in crtical condition. The only suspect description is four Hispanic males, possibly juviniles. No related vehicle. A shelter in place has been issued for the apartment community at this location. Please report any suspicious activity in the area. Investigators on the scene, and we will share any updates should new information become available.
