Hey @Ledbury - I showed up on Monday to pick up an order at the store only to find the store closed. I called customer service, who found the tailor in the store and had him come open the door. Great shirts... phenomenal customer service!

I started buying @Ledbury shirts when COVID hit to buy local. After several purchases, I can’t say which is better: clothes or customer service. I have been thoroughly impressed with the brand, the style, and the service. Ledbury is a #Virginia business worth a look.
