i was vegan for the last 8 years and i always thought i was super healthy sub 7 min mile, heavy weights, calisthenics tricks but i was bloated all the time & had brain fog i switched back to eating meat again and cut out all processed sugar/carbs i kid you not i feel better than i have since i was 18 years old… like i can run thru walls i’m breaking gym PRs and business PRs i used to always advocate for plant based and i still think there’s a lot of good in it but wow… i was holding myself back for years

Day 7 (supplement store) and day 2 (clothing store). Once you learn how to do this shit once it’s rinse and repeat. Why don’t I have 5 stores? Building out a team on Upwork to delegate the meaningless tasks like emails, product pages, organic content posting is the BEST thing you can do. I pay an Indian 20 bucks a week to do ANYTHING I need done. The only thing I focus on is finding THAT product.
