if you’re not a billion-dollar brand, your ad has just one job - stop the scroll most people waste time polishing transitions, filters, and editing tricks that nobody will ever see, but really all that matters is hooking the viewers attention if you don’t hook attention in the first second, you’re invisible i spent weeks testing every format and found what actually makes people stop scrolling - even with low-budget, ai-made ads here’s what works best: - the first 1 second must interrupt the brain (pattern break or emotional trigger) - sound design is as important as visuals - ugly, raw visuals outperform cinematic ones 90% of the time - the hook carries the ad — not your editing - story and pacing > polish and lighting i put together a doc with 20 viral-tested hooks that work in any niche like, rt + reply “HOOKS” and i’ll send it to you (must follow so i can dm)

$0-$1m with eCom - Day 249 - FINALE first of all I am extremely extremely grateful for every single person who ever read, liked, helped, supported, hated, doubted me in this documentation series of mine, and i hope i got to inspire at least one person! Entrepreneurship isn’t for the weak. August has possibly been one of the worst months of my life - personally and financially. When your personal life is going down hill as well as a poor few months in business you feel like the world is crumbling around you. I also want to use this platform to talk about entrepreneurship as a whole as well as ecom as a lot of people set unrealistic expectations. Here is 3 things I learned the hard way so you can avoid them: Tip #1 - Separate your business and personal life to avoid conflict between the two. Tip #2 - Don’t set a goal they create ceilings. DO NOT stop until you have everything you have ever wanted. Tip #3 - Don’t let anyone or anything let you forget that you are that guy. Somewhere in that chaos this month, I lost the boy in me. But that’s the price I had to pay. And when it’s all said and done, I won’t just be successful. I’ll be one of the greats. There’s no doubt in my mind.

Right now? - Start stacking emails via pop up - email plays big part - Make a clear plan for Q4, for each month. - Test offers Halloween sales, so you could know which one offer is the best. Sitewide, code, bogo, trial and so on. Overall: - Increase the ad spend on october so you would start solid on Nov. - Start early. Test as much as you can on Oct, so you could scale on NOV. No time for testing on NOV. - Don't sleep on cyber monday.

$0-$1m with eCom - Day 234 - highest everything day very grateful, very thankful, did NOT know what to feel about this when i saw this (felt all sorts of emotions) - but the best thing i can tell myself is: - feel normal and make it a new standard - focus on the inputs. the numbers are just an effect.. so thank you God, but lets keep on fucking going - launched 4 new ads for 1st product - 3 diff avatars: 1 new avatar idea, 1 avatar im trying to crack, and 1 winning avatar - launched 4 new statics for 2nd product based on new winning messaging - preparing for AMA with the goat @zakaria_airak cya in tomorrow's update, have a great weekend everyone
