Hundreds of Junta Military Vehicles Enter Lashio City A heavily armed military convoy of more than 120 trucks from the junta’s Northeast Regional Military Command (YaMaKha) entered Lashio city on Tuesday morning, just a day after China's special envoy to Myanmar, Deng Xijun, brokered talks between junta officials and the MNDAA over the handover of northern Shan State's capital. #Lashio #Shan #Myanmar #China #MNDAA #DengXijun #junta #military

The food distributed by the World Food Programme (WFP) for the earthquake victims in Myanmar's capital - Naypyitaw is being inappropriately resold in local markets by individuals responsible for managing these vital aid contributions, according to our source. This conduct represents a profound disregard for the humanitarian intent behind the assistance provided and constitutes a betrayal of the very beneficiaries it seeks to support. In response to this scandal, hardline supporters of the junta are demanding severe punishment for those who heartlessly profit from the suffering of these innocent victims. Their outrage underscores the moral imperative to ensure that aid reaches those who truly need it. This corrupt practice is reminiscent of the aftermath of Cyclone Nargis in 2008, when humanitarian assistance from various nations was similarly sold in markets, thanks to the collusion of the junta regime's authorities. The aid, intended for the most vulnerable, has consistently failed to reach them. Instead, it benefits the cronies of the junta, perpetuating a cycle of exploitation and suffering. Photo/Supplied

Instead of distributing much-needed earthquake relief supplies, the terrorist junta left them piled up without protection in an open area in Nay Pyi Taw. This negligence shows a lack of concern for those affected by the disaster. #WhatsHappeninglnMyanmar #MyanmarEarthquake
