I'm a trustee of a well known children's charity who invested in SumUp card readers to take payments at a recent charity event. Despite registering a month before the account wasn't verified in time. Badly needed donations were lost! Still being fobbed off by @SumUp 5 weeks later

Rarely have I worked with such a consummate professional: @OfficialTracieB 6 months in the West End; 12 week UK tour; 5 months on Broadway; 6 weeks in L.A - 8 shows a week & never missed a show. Always gave 150%. We had to close in London to go to New York. Should we do it again?

Bad experience at Aloft LaGuardia Airport - stop over after a transatlantic flight with an ongoing flight the next day & the hotel had no food or drink. Paid $520 for 2 rooms for the privilege. Unsatisfactory response from the manager Lawrence Hou. @AloftHotels @MarriottBonvoy
