Gino Pozzo watches on from the stands as his team essentially give up with over 20 minutes to play of 2-0 defeat to Sheff Utd. Mood was understandably mirrored in the stands. Sad to see Vicarage Road like that.

Interestingly he also said that several players had been late in for training this week and rather than a fine they were ordered not to join in the training session….

@Adam_Drury1 Good to hear about Conor Cody. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from an elderly “supporter” directly behind me. Sat with his poor wife, the amount of vitriol he spouted towards Cody. I told him he was an embarrassment and a cretin. I shall be contacting the club. 😡

@J96__7 I’m bragging about nothing. If wishing someone dead (amongst other things) in front of women & children is something you find acceptable, then that’s your prerogative. I hope that yourself, friends & family never receive a head injury & a stranger wishes the same upon them.

@robert_wfc @thegemsons @ThomasJDesign @Adam_Drury1 Probably everyone’s initial thought was “time wasting”. But as soon as staff run onto the pitch, breathing apparatus applied & then a stretcher, you know it’s not good. That’s when humanity kicks in (or should).
But not for the elderly idiot behind me who kept screaming abuse.

@androofrench Remembering the ground in the 80’s as a ball boy, it had so many “secret corridors & stairs”, you could explore everywhere on your own before the gates opened…. I prefer to cherish those visions and memories. That was free.

If #watfordfc are offering stadium tours for £50 (adults) and £40 (under-18s) I’m guessing that price includes return travel to/from Wembley and the tour is of that venue, and not Vicarage Road . . .

Watford 1-0 down at HT. Another story of missed chances - two for Ince and the biggest for Louza - before Ince's backheel is intercepted and Stoke score. Maamma is such a big miss. We'll see whether they have the gumption to pull it back.

I might be on my own here, but given these two injuries and the fact he's signed a new contract with #watfordfc recently, isn't it time to give Amin Nabizada some minutes? Little point developing players and giving pro deals otherwise?

@Adam_Drury1 Great clean tackle from Pollock. Terrible decision for the free kick.
Could see the goal coming from that free kick. Both teams looked knackered from Saturday before the goal.
Need an injection of pace and creativity. Conceding too many sloppy free kicks.

0-1 at HT. Ipswich clearly deserve their lead, despite the goal stemming from a FK after what looked a fair challenge from Pollock. System hasn't really worked but Town look a class above. Watford need to be much sharper to get back into it.
