If you are a person that prefers not to engage in sexual activity, this is called "celibacy". However, the term they are promoting is "asexual". Gender ideology originally claimed only to refer to social constructs (how society perceives and makes social rules for people based upon their physical biological sex). The terms "gender" and "sex" were distinctly different for a reason. This new attempt to conflate "gender" with "sex" creates real chaos. How? It is an affront to biological reality. It is an affront to heterosexual and homosexual people who prefer sexual behavior with a specific biological sex. It creates confusion and contradiction. Attempts to assert that "gender" and "sex" are now interchangeable creates no biological categories for men or women. Pragmatically, this does not affect men to the same extent it affects women. It affects women who have worked very hard to create social spaces for themselves to work & live in society with their biological differences alongside men and their biological differences. Once you accept "gender" and "sex" to be interchangeable, you are supporting clear misogyny.
