@LeighHinkle @feltnerm @smwc Totally agree!! Technology should be a privilege and not the only option for doing work. If they can’t use technology safety and correctly...they should have to do it the old fashion way! iPad=textbook book, iPad typing = pencil paper!

@feltnerm @smwc A7 definitely SAMR. It is a simple framework and I love how it encourages simple swaps in your classroom from your everyday pen and paper to using a smartboard, video and and so on. It helps me think outside the box and allow for enhancement in the classroom. #SMWCED115 @smwc

@LeighHinkle @feltnerm @smwc I would use it for 5th grade and up. The 4th grade could probably be okay with using it but I think I would just introduce it to 4th grade as a fun project.

I really like it because it makes sense in my very small, technologically challenged brain. It doesn't have to be big changes either which I really like.#SMWCED115 @smwc

@AtalieKlumpp @feltnerm @smwc Yes, it is that struggle to give them the freedom but also know that some aren't able to make good choices when given that freedom. I don't want my teaching job to be constant policing but at the same time, we have to hold our students accountable.#SMWCED115

@BabyBirdMeg33 @ProvinesTabatha @feltnerm @IXLLearning @smwc Here are a few apps to look into: Class DOJO, Top Noisy, and Classroom Timer. Class DOJO I know most about. You can use it to put your students into groups, and there is a reward system on the app. I have looked into the other ones and I will use them for my class.

@feltnerm @smwc A8 Yes, I too have to go with Pinterest. I was going to say TeachersPayTeachers because the resources, unit enhancements, lesson plan ideas and learning tools are amazing but they cost and you can't fully see what you have until you purchase. Pinterest is free. #SMWCED115 @smwc
