@AsdaServiceTeam there was apparently a nationwide issue earlier today, with handsets and rewards app not working instore. As a result, could not log on to app and therefore could not access cash pot or blue light card and physical card not accepted. Told nothing to be done???

@MorayHouse daughter making choices for S3. Would like to study PE. Aside from English and maths, what subjects would be best? Any need for 2 sciences for example. Would a higher in Art count towards entry requirements or is there a preference for more "academic" subjects.

@LeighRussell73 The branch aren't conducting face-to-face appointments at the moment (in most cases), so popping in with the relevant ID would be the first step in sorting this. The branch would then arrange a suitable telephone appointment to complete the application. ^Graeme

@BankofScotland trying to contact an actual branch (Elgin), to make an appointment to set up an under 19s account. Getting total run around from telephone banking. Told to do it online, online tells you go into branch. Do I have to attend in person to make the appointment?

@BankofScotland Thank you, but I read all this online. My point is I want to make an appointment but can't contact the branch to do this (other than by going in, in person).

@LeighRussell73 Proof of your parent/guardian’s identity and address (such as a passport or full UK birth certificate (short birth certificates cannot be accepted), and a utility bill dated within the last 6 months). I hope this helps. 3/3
