as a general rule - throw away any app predictions when they differ wildly from what human forecasters are saying. There's no modelling that indicates more than 40cm for your area (and most has you in the 20-30cm range). the combo of heavy snow & gusts 50-70km/h will make for a REALLY ugly Tuesday though.
