Dear @LemonTreeHotels, it has been over 45 days since my stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Aerocity. I was charged the full amount, yet despite repeated requests, I hv not been provided with my GST/tax invoice. Failure to issue a valid invoice after accepting payment is unacceptable 1/2

@heyadityak @LemonTreeHotels Same issue with Lemon Tree, Navrangpura Ahmedabad. Checked out 5 June but still no invoice. Despite multiple calls, same “will send today” promise.but never do. They confirmed their system issue is resolved, yet invoice is pending. Unable to submit travel bills within company..

@LemonTreeHotels this is unacceptable that even after concluding my stay after 2 weeks at BKC Kalina property your staff is unable to provide me the tax invoice for the same. Even after doing multiple follow-ups with your staff they’re non-responsive.
