@LemonTreeHotels Absolutely horrible experience with Lemon Tree Premier Vijayawada. Despite a fully paid confirmed booking and late check-in confirmation, I was told at front desk by check in staff that all rooms were sold out. Completely unacceptable hospitality experience.

@LemonTreeHotels I don’t understand what’s wrong with Lemon tree. I called reception 10-15 times to hold that hammer hitting on my rooftop. It started at 5PM when i arrived from work and it’s still going on . I am shocked how they neglect customer plea. Need @Marriott @Radisson here in Patna.

Stayed at @LemonTreeHotels Patna and honestly disappointed. The food quality at Breakfast spread was poor, staff kept repeatedly asking for feedback (felt intrusive rather than helpful), and WiFi access is limited to just 2 devices-very inconvenient. Expected much better services
