@UPS Absolutely horrible delivery service and terrible customer support from UPS.

@UPS My package was supposed to arrive May 2, but it’s been in the warehouse since Thursday. UPS assured me it would arrive Friday or Saturday, yet nothing. Tracking says “weather delay” while it’s sunny outside. Package is in Surrey and I’m in Coquitlam. I need it today!

@ethanjaack I did already! That’s why I canceled everything with them and had the issue being charged for something that I had canceled already.

@GoDaddy I canceled a service in January and have been chasing a refund ever since. I’ve spoken to 4 different agents and still no resolution. This is unacceptable. Extremely poor customer service—I will never use your services again and strongly advise others to avoid.

@GoDaddy I was charged for a service that had already been cancelled. Case GPTR-353845 was opened and I was told I’d receive a response within 72 hours. It’s now been 11 days with no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer service. Please address this immediately.
