These Christian apologists, it seems to me, have totally shifted their attention to Islam - and look, I get it. It’s the second largest religion, and it’s an elaboration (whether accurate or not) on previous revelation that Christians already accept. But, from what I'm seeing, the decline of Christianity in the West isn’t on account of Islam - I think it’s apathy and secular culture. If they’re interested for reasons other than evangelism, fine. But if the goal is to preserve numbers or increase them, then their efforts are targeting at the wrong demographic. Christians are not leaving Christianity and becoming muslim in any significant way - they're becoming religiously unaffiliated.

@freemonotheist Your name is Paul. Paul was an apostle of Jesus. Similar names does not mean similar persons. Allah is nothing like the God of the Bible... please let's not pretend Paul is Paul and Allah is Alaha or the God of the Bible.

Jesus spoke Aramaic. The word he used for God was Alāhā (ܐܠܗܐ) - from the same Semitic root as Hebrew Eloah and Arabic Allah. “YHWH” is the divine name, not what Jews typically pronounced. In speech they used substitutes - i.e. the equivalent of Alāhā.
JoLo@loke_josh

@freemonotheist @YouTube You’re delusional. His very name proves that he regarded YHWH as God, not allah. There is not a single shred of evidence, besides Islamic mental gymnastics, that the Israelites knew God as anything but YHWH.

@Deenresponds No. Its circular to believe in the prophethhod of muhammad... Muhammad: Allah told me to tell you that I'm a prophet and to follow me. Muslims: Sounds legit to me. But can we check? Muhammad: Lemme check. He said we good. I'm a prophet. Muslims: We tried.

Look at how stupid some of these online christians are 💀💀 He thinks it’s circular to believe in the parts of the Quran that align with the bible So it would be circular to agree with the Quran that Abraham was a prophet because you believe in the bible? What other evidence would you use instead of the bible to prove Abraham was a prophet? If you have independent reasons to believe and trust the bible then of course it isn’t circular to use that as a source of truth
John Voight, DDS@LordDiososceles

@Deenresponds I only believe in the parts of the Quran that align with the Bible.

@IjazTheTrini How can the quran the authority over unrelated people and culture? Also, religious practices and prophetic lineage he bore not one similarity to? You will say that he believe in the oneness of God like them... in that case the bible should be a pamphlet not a book.

Proof that some in the Christian community don't read. The Qurʾān teaches that the revelation of the Tawrāt was the Furqān for the people of Moses and Aaron. This is consistent with the Qurʾān being the Furqān for THIS Ummah.

Beloved of God@Edenlife9

“What does Furqan mean?” “Furqan means criterion, a standard of truth” “Lol” “The Quran says the Torah is al-Furqan” (Muslim apologist, in his impromptu retirement clip, cheerfully falls into a trap).

@Deenresponds Bro the real problem is that your cult leader referenced books he never read, people he never met, from a culture and history he wasn't a part of. Why? He heard about them orally when they were recorded before him textually. What's worse is to be literate following such one.

@KhalilAndani If this were true, Islam would still be only in Mecca and Medina. Defense means you hold a position. Offense means you press into enemy territory. That's military strategy 101. I should know as a 20 year vet.

Wes Huff on the serious errors in the Quran: "The Quran makes a lot of errors and mistakes that screams lack of verisimilitude and credibility. And ultimately, in chapter 4 verse 157, denies one of the most easily verifiable events of ancient history: the crucifixion of Jesus."

@gd1west @grok @Truth_matters20 This Issa character never existed, nor are there any pre-Islamic sources that give credibility to the claim that He was muslim. But what do you expect from an illiterate man who spoke of people he never met, events he never witnessed, from a book he could not read?

@wjxt4 When did arguing with officers and refusing to follow their simple instruction become 'a Constitutional Right'? The rest of us have to follow officers' instructions during a stop. Does McNeil Jr have some kind of special Privilege the rest of the population doesn't?
