The bank statements or tracking reports form part of what they noted as a reasonable request in the policy wording. They can also reject if not given.

This zippo was received as a replacement and the issue was reported to Edgar’s and they refuse to exchange but wants to take in the phone for assessments for 21 days!!! How does a brand new replacement phone go in for assessments instead of exchanging to a full functional device?
