@sekgari @geordinhl Rubbish. Durban residential rates 11.8c in the Rand while CT is 6.3c. This excludes rebates. Historically the differential was even worse. Stop whining. FYI commercial rates also have a similarly huge differential. If u consider effective service delivery the gap is even bigger

@geordinhl We are paying exorbitant property rates, more than any other city in SA. Continuously increasing property taxes are not sustainable. It is not an achievement to have increased the annual budget!
