Wow! 😳 🚀 TS Galaxy 3-2 Sundowns 👆 Orlando Pirates need 4 points from their remaining 2 games to secure the Betway Premiership Title! 3 points should be enough (goal difference) 🤝

TO THE KHOSI NATION 👑 — FROM YOUR PIRATES PARENTS 🏴‍☠️ Dear Kaizer Chiefs, Yhooo… you actually listened! 🙌🏾 1-1 against Sundowns. Parent proud. Job done. We want to say a big THANK YOU for holding the line and keeping the league title race alive for Soweto. For 90 minutes tonight, we were one Soweto. One goal. One prayer. One result. BUT LET’S BE CLEAR — AND DON’T GET IT TWISTED 😛 That support was on a 90-minute lease. It expired at full time. The whistle blew. The stadium lights dimmed. Our alliance? Officially dissolved. We weren’t negotiating in bad faith. This was pure BUSINESS. The league title must come home to Soweto. Sundowns can’t be allowed to take it to Pretoria. That was the mission. Mission accomplished. Contract closed. From tomorrow morning? It’s back to normal programming. Pirates vs Chiefs is Pirates vs Chiefs. No friendship. No hugs. No shared drinks. We’re not friends. We’re rivals. We’re family. We’re WAR. ⚔️ Now to our Buccaneer family: Eyes forward. Hearts locked in. We’ve got our remaining games to win. The title is still in our hands. Thank you Khosi. Now go back to being Khosi. And we go back to being PIRATES 🏴‍☠️

@Sophie_Mokoena Are they all affected by illegal migration where those illegal on those other countries other than south Africa are unruly, breaking all possible laws available and to top it up behave like they are owed by those countries? Nigerians are a problem world wide, do not shield that

Simple put. All African countries are affected by migration. However economically African countries are economically connected. That is why the issue of migration needs urgent attention. This should be a priority to all countries. If not properly addressed it will lead to social unrest and security challenges in Africa.

@lodpunter @Mngxitama2 I should learn to sell counterfeit goods, expired goods, use the same are for sale as bedroom, bathroom kitchen and outlet. That's the lesson I should take from Somalians, never. You are blinded by false economics, there is nothing special Somalians are doing

@Lesarwa1 @Mngxitama2 Indians back in the days used to own small shops, they made their wealth and scaled up the ladder, black people lack the necessary skillset to scale up the ladder which is why your family failed to profit and scale up. Do you have proof that they rigged the system? Learn instead

Education time! The spazashop economy contributes 5.6% to the GDP, mining sector which contributes 5.8%. The spazashop economy is twice the size of Agricultural which is 2.9%. The spazashop sector employment stands at 2.6 million compared the less than 500 000 by the mining!

@lodpunter @Mngxitama2 Yesteryear's Spaza shop was managed as a general dealer, you could buy anything you need from the shop including items like shoes etc. Somalians came and prioritize basic not broad supply chain, basic were cash cows. Once someone comes in with fake basic goods you it's a loss

@lodpunter @Mngxitama2 You are wrong, before Somalians spaza shops where owned and managed by South Africans and making profit. I for one stayed with a family that managed one for years profitably. Somalians introduced fake products which South Africans couldn't compete with. They rigged the system.

@Mngxitama2 Untill you sit down and learn the value chain and how the Somalians managed to lure the Suppliers to come and invest into them the more you waste time on this Spaza issue. Sit down and learn the dynamics because at some point south Africans had Spaza shops but they didn't do well

@ntlakwe34 @SABCNews @KopanangAfrica @KopanangAfrica are very much confused, they advocate for foreign doctors while South African doctors are unemployed. That's totally confusing, are those doctors bringing scares skills same as lecturers in universities hiring each other over south Africans.

#CountryDuty The Western Cape High Court has ruled against the @CityofCT and @our_da in an application where the City wanted to impose fixed tariffs on water, sanitation and cleaning charges. The court found that the fixed rates and charges imposed by the City of Cape Town were unlawful, invalid and were set aside. Here’s an important paragraph from the judgment: [140] As we have demonstrated, a municipality does not have an unconstrained power to charge fees for services at its own discretion. The exercise of such fiscal power is subject to important constitutional and legislative constraints. This ensures that the exercise of such power is not unlimited or unconstrained but i s subject to law, which requires a careful balancing of the municipality's obligation to provide services with the rights and duties of its residents and ratepayers.’ Big ups to @brettherron & @ForGoodZA on taking this up Well done to Afriforum 😝 for advancing some good arguments too on this matter opposing the fixed rates! Judgment will be on SAFLII soon

My mother died due to obesity related illnesses. Obesity related illnesses kill 30 000 people annually in South Africa surpassing HIV. My obsession with weight loss isn’t some joke, it has a deep scar that reminds me I could’ve guided my mother better in being more present enough to manage her weight, failed as a son but Im not gnna fail anyone moving forward.
