The only reason there appears to be no contradiction in what you put forward and Awais’s reply is because they’re examining two different dimensions - and treating them as if they’re the same. I will do a thread on this and take it step by step. Sleight of framing is exactly why this trope is so effective making the contradiction so hard to see.



@sanilrege @psycheureka Sanil, your introductory post got me thinking. Why do you think psychiatry is seen so differently than other disciplines in this way? And others? Physical healthcare medication can cause brutal side effects but there’s no anti-transplant group. Why psychiatry?
