I used to debate these types of dudes because I was truly fascinated by how delusional they are. I once heard an argument that all major Asian tech companies' heads of R&D are black. I asked them for proof, and they claimed that's the point: Asians are so embarrassed that they're so stupid they pay these black researchers lots of money to stay silent.

This is happening in Jacksonville, Florida at a 55+ community. A 28-year-old girl was living there with her father who was ill when he passed. He gave the home to his daughter, and she wants to remain living in the community.. well the HOA has decided to enforce the 55 and over law, and is asking for $1000 from 155 members in the community to sue her to get her out of the neighborhood because she’s 28 years old, not 55+. In my opinion, this is despicable. These HOA‘s have way too much power. This sh!t has to stop.

It is entirely plausible he left the phone in the boat because they were swimming and then forgot it was there because of partying.

Or, you speak to them on different days and you remember something different. Either gives the police a chance to say you’re hiding something because your story is changing.
