@LetsConsider It does not appear this is a case of a female with elevated testosterone. The evidence described indicate that this athlete is a male human with an intersex DSD (likely 5-ARD). So this athlete is male, with male sporting advantage.

@FucksuInTheAss So, no. Because BDSM isn’t based around sex, it’s based around consent. If you don’t want to be slapped outside of sex, then someone slapping you outside of sex is abuse. But if I want to be slapped outside of sex, and I know the risks, it’s not abusive for my partner to slap me.

No, non-sexual BDSM is not abuse, for much the same reason any BDSM isn’t abuse- because all BDSM is based on consent. If someone is being coercive, it’s bad BDSM, but if everyone’s happy, it’s not abuse.
