No interest in Bon Jovi myself, but my wife spent nearly 2 hours on the rancid Ticketmaster this morning and got nothing but “these tickets are no longer available”. Now I see people are flogging them at a profit on social media. Surely there has to be a fairer, better way?

Authors, if you're searching for an editor and they take the time to do a free, detailed sample edit with comprehensive notes on how they can help you, please at least acknowledge the email. It's totally fine to choose someone else, but it's demoralising to be ignored.
