Midweek leadership essentials!

@mocfvcsd had a great first day with staff! We also had the opportunity to hear from V.J. Smith. The narrative was filled with energy and excitement - as we support each other in finding excellence!

I had an opportunity to speak to Foundation Analytical Lab leadership and staff at a lunch-n-learn. Main point was centered around the power of self-leadership and the ripple effects it can cause when you lead yourself well!

Where is the opportunity for positive change within your circle of influence?
