Most people run after money every day. But the smart ones build simple systems that makes money work for them over time. I'm just a guy studying leverage, small changes that give big results. Here are 5 simple leverage ideas I'm trying right now.

@ku_ds17868 Exactly. The model is the multiplier. The workflow determines what gets multiplied.

We’re entering an era where workflow matters more than model choice. Everyone is comparing GPT vs Claude vs Grok. The biggest gains are coming from people who redesigned how they work.

@yongfook If Opus gets the job done, that’s all the benchmark you need.

This may be shocking to some, but I have never used Fable, and I think Opus is just fine for what I need. Are you all out there sending rockets into space or something?

@theo @simonw I’d rather have a smaller model that ships faster than a bigger one I avoid using.

Opus 5 should be seen more like "5.1". If it's better than Fable 5, I would expect them to label it 5.1. This isn't new, there were brief windows during the 4 line where Sonnet was better than Opus because of training improvements across the board. Sonnet 3.5 smoked Opus 3 Sonnet 4.5 smoked Opus 4.1 Sonnet 4.6 was slightly better than Opus 4.5 (according to benches) Re: tiering, definitely Haiku < Sonnet < Opus < Fable & Mythos. Note that fable === mythos, just has safeguards put in front of model. Same weights, same tier.

I've seen a few people predicting that Opus 5 will be out soon and will be better than Fable 5, but have Anthropic clarified how their relative naming scheme works yet? I assumed it was Haiku < Sonnet < Opus < Fable < Mythos - but is Fable meant to go between Sonnet and Opus?

if all AI subscriptions cost the same, which one are you choosing? > Codex > GPT-5.5 > Sonnet 4.6 > Opus 4.8 > Gemini 3.1 > Grok 4.3

@w3rk_co_za Exactly. The biggest shift isn’t doing tasks faster, it’s redesigning how you work.

@LeverageSignal Most think AI is a tool for efficiency, but it’s actually a catalyst for innovation. Real impact comes from integrating it into decision, making, not just using it for tasks.

Everyone says they are using “AI” Ask them what changed in their workflow this month. Most can’t answer. They are consuming AI. Not compounding it into leverage.

@BuildWithxAI Nicely put. Shipping AI apps is more than calling an API it’s crafting the flow, testing edge cases, and validating ideas.
