@JordanOloman Yeah I'm hoping for something kinda Forza Horizon-esque, or yeah CTR or Diddy Kong Racing etc. Wanted that in Mario Kart for a while.

Personally, I think a CTR-style campaign with an AI peloton scenario (or better yet, collective online multiplayer like Test Drive) would be pretty cool! Would certainly get me back into playing Mario Kart as a single-player experience, rather than in purely group settings.

Is the Switch 2 Mario Kart game open-world? - The kart parts have specific names like 'Red Shell' tires, 'Spiny Shell' and '1-UP Fuel'. Could be modular? - They start on the 'Mario Bros. Circuit', but ride out into the desert, and there's a collectible at the Yoshi drive-thru

The Penguin finale is actually one of the best things I’ve ever watched.

@GreyAlien Biggest gap in quality of trailers Vs actual film for me with MoS. The trailers are all optimistic and lean into the interesting themes that the movie sidelines. I'm still convinced it was Christopher Nolan's team that edited the trailers, they totally have that vibe.

Watching Man of Steel. I realise the original Superman is a classic and hard to follow but this new action packed intro is preposterous. The old one felt way more sci fi.

@garrynewman I'd be very curious what they'd say if you responded "or else what?". I can imagine a scenario where an engine company could provide $500k of value a year, but hard to imagine their license deal is written as such to require that.

Anyone else had a call with a certain Game Engine company to tell you that for some reason you now have a MINIMUM SPEND of HALF A MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR with them. Because our game is popular and we use their engine, we now have to spend $500k a year using their other services. Is this okay?
