@RainningDeath The only people that are responsible for deaths are the people not choosing red.. it's literally baked into the proposed question. 100% survival button or a 50% chance you might die.. with that knowledge you only implicate yourself by not choosing red. That's on YOU, no one else

I will pick Blue every single time and not just because this includes "EVERYONE" but because if 1% vote blue and I vote red I'm partially responsible for 80 million deaths I would rather pick blue and have a guaranteed 0 deaths on my hands, I've seen how one can change people
MrBeast@MrBeast

Everyone on earth takes a private vote by pressing a red or blue button. If more than 50% of people press the blue button, everyone survives. If less than 50% of people press the blue button, only people who pressed the red button survive. Which button would you press? BE HONEST.

@Esilaboora @thescruffykit @MachDominus If you have the knowledge that pressing red gives you 100% survival and you still choose blue, you only have yourself to blame.. it's a basic common sense/critical thinking test. Literally ZERO point that you as an individual should ever press blue. Its the stupidest option

@thescruffykit @Lex_555_ @MachDominus Sure. But everyone could be a winner, including you, if you vote Blue. Voting Red only makes sense if you cynically believe it would be the higher voted option, which it wasn’t. Voting Blue minimizes risk to everybody without providing sustainable risk to yourself.

@ZealousSeraphim Don't deserve it? No one else pushed the blue button but themselves.. wtf are we doing here? Just ignoring the fact that EVERYONE has the knowledge that if you press red there is absolutely zero point to press blue. This test literally shows lack of critical thinking skills

The blue button is the only just option, because in the event that blue loses people who don’t deserve it die. It’s better to risk your safety for the sake of others than to save your own skin.

@oqayowoqwq @selfmaxxer This test literally just separates people with critical thinking skills and basic common sense from the rest.. red literally is the ONLY button that should be pushed.. if you push anything other than red (which is 100% survival) you instantly become a burden to society

@selfmaxxer Except Red doesnt "do nothing" when it wins it just eliminates Blue. Blue winning is the only actual option where noone dies (nothing happens)

@kaileyinCA If you knowingly hit blue after having the knowledge that you have 100% chance of not dying if you hit red, then you're the idiot that presses blue and that's your fault. Why push the burden to other people for your dumbasd decision?

i don’t understand why anybody would choose the red button. asking genuinely, if you chose it - why? if 50%+ choose blue, everyone lives. if less than 50% choose red, only those who chose red live. why are you willing to sacrifice half of those people?

Old answer was red because I thought blue was going to lose in a landslide. But now my answer is blue because living in a world with only red button people is a fate comparable to death.

The chance is either: Blue: More than 50% votes for everyone to live. or Red: Exactly 100% votes for everyone to live. If you vote red then you're objectively a moron and a danger to society.

@Lex_555_ @ZloNoNameSov No. It's an intelligence test because smart people realise that if they vote blue there's no risk. Firstly, because there's enough good and smart people in the world that more than 50% always vote blue; so no risk of death. Secondly, voting blue means no risk of choosing murder.

I think the Red/Blue button thing is underbaked. It should be more like this: -If 70% or more press blue-everyone lives. -If 80% or more press red- blue dies, red lives. -If neither qualify- red dies, blue lives. With this adjustment- what button do you press?

@Wambulogy it's cowardice. the slightest idea that they could die choosing blue, however unlikely, forces them to pick red. this is proven by the fact that two separate polls have been ran with blue winning, showing its possible, and yet these idiots will still argue why red is smarter.
