@logansmith86 This is what I do. I talk to my two sisters and I feel better. Really, it’s just venting. It’s cheaper, plus I get to yell at them and call them mean names.

Trauma is a part of life. Just like periods of sadness are a part of every human life. The reasons for trauma and sadness vary from person to person but as a rule, sitting in a room unpacking it with a stranger who is incentivized to make you feel good (so you want to come back) plus diagnose you so you get to shift the blame from your poor character to “I suffer from blah blah” is in my view, garbage. The worst and most annoying people I know are those that routinely attend therapy. Again, there are exceptions— but as a rule, society would be better and people would be mentally stronger without therapy.

@RealCandaceO If your children are being influenced by social media and not you then it’s a deeper problem in your household💅🏽.

I can say honestly that I’ve never been more proud or more haunted by any interview I’ve ever conducted than this one here.
