@GovRonDeSantis But on the other hand, you do nothing for the men and women who rehabilitate and deserve 2nd chances.

Florida should be a place where you can build a life, not struggle to keep one. Working families and seniors are being squeezed by rising costs, and it’s time to take that head-on. We’re focused on the real cost drivers: property taxes, property insurance, auto insurance and housing. It’s time to Make Florida Affordable Again, and make it a place you can call home for the long haul.

Uh oh .. Ron DeSantis continues to lose ground among sheriffs NOT IN MY BACKYARD: Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw stated his office has not and will not conduct immigration sweeps with ICE, drawing applause at a PEACE assembly in Jupiter. “Bradshaw has held this position consistently since at least early 2025 (under both prior and current federal administrations), emphasizing that PBSO will only assist ICE on specific federal warrants during normal law-enforcement encounters, not proactive sweeps”

@RonDeSantis Yet, all those years in office and you have done nothing for prison reform. It is a shame that there are so many families who wanted to see some change and your cold heart stops you from hearing the truth.

That bill is not tied to the November ballot; it’s the first I’ve heard of it but it seems to have died in committee and never even received a floor vote. There is no proposal for any new tax or any increase of an existing tax. The state has a full rainy day fund and a large amount of budget reserves.

@RonDeSantis Appreciate that. Off topic. What are your thoughts of this being hidden in Property Tax Relief Bill?

@ClayHardy6969 Rhonda Santos could care less about his constituents and could care less about Americans. He is selfish and only thinks of himself. No more clowns as our President.

It’s really simple, If you want the United States to enjoy freedom like Florida enjoys, Elect Ron DeSantis. If you you like how the United State as she is now, Elect anyone else.

Yesterday, we announced an 81-year sentence for a career criminal with 49 prior convictions. You’d think after 3, 4, or 27, he would’ve learned his lesson. If you’re a career criminal, I suggest finding a new line of work because my office is cracking down on this behavior.

Don’t let up now, Florida HD 87 Republicans! Get out and vote for conservative Jon Maples. His opponent is an open border radical liberal who opposes deportation for illegal aliens with criminal rap sheets. We can’t let her win.
James Uthmeier@JamesUthmeierFL

Jon Maples brings real-life experience, strong values and a deep commitment to Florida families. He understands the challenges facing our state and is ready to lead with common sense. Jon will be a principled voice in Tallahassee. I’m proud to endorse Jon Maples for FL House 87.

Florida has led on election integrity for years — banning ballot harvesting, eliminating Zuckerbucks, creating a state office to prosecute voter fraud, among other initiatives — and now we will be enacting the Florida SAVE Act to further bolster our nation-leading efforts. justthenews.com/nation/states/…

Mayor Castor is no longer forcing sanctuary policies on Tampa PD, and the city is revoking the policy immediately. Florida is proud to be the Trump admin’s number one partner on immigration enforcement, and local officials will not impede enforcement of the law!

Dear Fellow Floridians: There is simply NO replacement for DeSantis. We have to accept that and move forward. Donalds isn't the one to replace him. Let's work together and get the best we can.

I’ve been doing a lot of research on juvenile sentencing in Florida, and the inconsistencies are hard to ignore. In recent years, the courts have recognized what science has long proven — that children are different. Their brains are not fully developed. They are more impulsive, more vulnerable to trauma, and more capable of change. That’s why so many juvenile sentences across the country have been reviewed and reduced. Yet in 1985, a 16-year-old child could be sentenced as if he were beyond hope. My husband, Joseph A. Willey, was 16 years old when he was sentenced to life. Sixteen. A traumatized teenager who had been abused and manipulated, tried as an adult in a system that did not yet recognize what we now know about adolescent development. Today, juveniles in similar circumstances are often given meaningful opportunities for review. Some receive term-of-years sentences. Some are resentenced. Some are given structured second chances because the law now acknowledges youth matters. But Joseph remains incarcerated more than 40 years later. He has done everything the system asks of a person seeking redemption. He has worked multiple institutional jobs, completed faith-based and restorative justice programs, mentored others, and maintained a record that reflects growth, maturity, and accountability. He was even granted parole — and yet has been denied release three times. If we truly believe children are different… if we truly believe in rehabilitation… then consistency matters. Justice should not depend on the decade you were sentenced. I am not asking for sympathy. I am asking for fairness. I am asking that the same understanding now given to juveniles today be applied to those who were sentenced before the law evolved. Forty years is not a second chance denied — it is a lifetime. And Joseph was a child.

🚨 BREAKING: The red state of Florida is about to pass its OWN SAVE AMERICA ACT and send it to Gov. Ron DeSantis for signature The bill FORTIFIES citizenship verification for all voters and marks pen and paper as the default method of voting 🔥 FLORIDA does it right again! ☀️ CFO BLAISE INGOGLIA: "The state of Florida is on the verge of passing its own version of the SAVE Act, which is going to look for voter ID and also to verify that the people that are voting in our elections are indeed actual U.S. citizens." "Florida should have this bill passed, my guess is either today or tomorrow, and it will find its way off to the governor to be signed into law." "Now, at the same time, when Florida is doing this, we are finding that CONGRESS is having a very tough time trying to pass their version of the SAVE Act, and I will just tell you my opinion that this is a very much needed piece of legislation that Congress should be passing!" "There is zero reason, ZERO reason why the [US] Senate should not take this up and pass it into law!"

Attention pedophiles: Now, according to our new state law in Florida, if you rape a child you will be put to death. Keep your hands off our children. Thank you to the Florida legislature and @GovRonDeSantis for getting this done.
