@BiblicalBeauty AMEN! People whittle you what to gift unsolicited, is beyond cringe. I literally feel uncomfortable when people even ask what my kids want. Gift giving has become so presumptuous and narcissistic.

@WorkMomhustle @saniyafatma1278 If it’s on their property, which it most likely is since they can’t build a fence on your property, then you have no say. As difficult as that may be to digest, the good news is that they have no say about what you do on your property.

They added this to your property line without your permission. Technically they should have got written permission from you, since you share a property line. Since they didn't, they should have put this fence off the property line on their side, leaving you the option of putting up your own fence to your liking.

I seriously need some help here. My neighbor just put up this massive metal fence right along our property line and I’m honestly pretty upset about it. It completely changed the whole feel of my driveway and now it looks like I’m pulling into some kind of industrial corridor. I had no idea this was even happening until the thing was already built. It feels like my space just got boxed in overnight. What on earth can I do in a situation like this???

I had a roommate in college who CONSTANTLY thought everyone was staring at her (in a way like they were wowed by her) and that every man she encountered was checking her out. she wasn’t unattractive, just totally average looking. this phenomenon should be studied.

@EruditeTogether Just had a mom tell me that her child in public school (1st grade), got an award for behavior. She asked how, child said she was the only one not throwing chairs in class. Teachers monitor was smashed by a flying chair. In a “good district”, in a state known for good schools.

I am a Christian, and I have two daughters. Both my daughters attend public school. When my daughters were old enough to go to school I felt so much pressure from the Christian culture to homeschool them. I went to public school and had a really good experience, but everyone was treating public school like it was the devils playground. I tried to homeschool my oldest in preschool and I realized how terribly unequipped I was to teach. I didn’t have the discipline, nor the mental capacity to teach from home. I think public school is great. The teachers are all so intentional, the school counselors are lovely, and their principal remembers their names and things about them. We are very involved parents. We go on field trips, take them to school events, and go to all their conferences. Honestly, public school gets way too much hate.

He asks hard questions and corrects mistakes when he sees them. I just want to make sure this school knows what it has." I'm going to tell you a truth that the influencers often gloss over: Eating healthy & homemade takes A LOT of time. Baking bread takes time. Bone broth takes time. Scratch-made anything takes time. Some days, I spend my entire day cooking. It's worth it. But it's a lot of work.
