The Tanakh puts a deadline on the Messiah. That deadline was the Second Temple. It fell in 70 AD. So either the prophets failed, or He came. Haggai 2:9 says "the latter glory of this house will be greater than the former... and in this place I shall give peace." But the Second Temple was inferior. No ark. No Shekinah. Yoma 21b lists five things missing from it. So what made it greater? Malachi 3:1 answers: "The Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple." The Adon Himself would enter that specific building. Not a future third temple. THIS house, the one Haggai's audience wept over in Ezra 3:12. That building has been gone for 1,956 years. Daniel 9:26 adds a sequence: Messiah is cut off, and AFTER that "the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary." Set aside the math debates. The order alone is decisive. Messiah dies before the temple falls. Before 70 AD. The rabbis knew this passage was a problem. Sanhedrin 97b: "Blessed be the bones of those who calculate the end." Why curse the calculators? Because the one passage in the Tanakh that dates the Messiah kept landing in the first century. Now the strangest part. Yoma 39b records that for the 40 years before the destruction, the lot for the Lord's goat stopped coming up in the right hand. The crimson thread stopped turning white. The temple doors opened by themselves. Forty years before 70 AD is roughly 30 AD. On the Talmud's own testimony, Yom Kippur stopped working around 30 AD. What happened around 30 AD? The usual answer to Haggai is that Herod's expansion made the temple "greater." But marble doesn't replace the Shekinah. And "in this place I will give peace" was never fulfilled. The Second Temple period ended in the worst war in Jewish history. The deeper problem: Leviticus 17:11 says it is the blood that makes atonement. After 70 AD, Yochanan ben Zakkai substituted good deeds for sacrifice. Either God abolished His own atonement system with no replacement, or the final sacrifice was offered before the house fell. Isaiah 53 answers the question the temple's destruction forces. A servant pierced for our transgressions, whose soul is made a guilt offering, who justifies the many by bearing their iniquities. Written 700 years before. Read it yourself. Then ask who it describes. The Lord came to His temple. Suddenly, as Malachi said. He was cut off before the sanctuary fell, as Daniel said. And the glory of that house exceeded Solomon's, as Haggai said, because the God of Israel walked its courts in person. His name is Yeshua. And He gives peace.

What is Judaism? Is it what the Sadducees say it is? Is it what the Pharisees say it is? Is it what the Orthodox say it is? Judaism centers on the belief in one God and the covenant established between God and the descendants of Abraham. More than just a faith, it encompasses the collective spiritual, cultural, and legal civilization of the Jewish nation. Nothing in that precludes God among us.

Totally agree. First of all, many of the fools dropping “dispensationalism” around here don’t even know what it means. Second, it takes a special kind of brain malfunction and spiritual retardation to believe a people who didn’t even have a country for 1800 years rule the world.

The “son” portrayed by the conquistadors; the one who came with swords, forced baptisms, and empire, is not the Son, the true Jesus of the Bible. The real Jesus said His kingdom is not advanced by violence (John 18:36). He washed feet. He loved enemies. He died for sinners. A Jew who rejects that false version is rejecting a lie. That is wise. Scripture is clear about salvation: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12) Jesus said: “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6) Can someone follow “the real Jesus in his heart without even realizing it”? The Bible does not give us clear warrant to say no. Faith comes from hearing the message about Christ (Romans 10:17). People are called to repent and believe in the risen Lord Jesus, the Jewish Messiah who fulfills the Tanakh. Old Testament saints were saved by looking forward in faith to God’s promised Redeemer. After the cross, the message is explicit. God sees the heart (1 Samuel 16:7). He is just and merciful. He will not condemn anyone for rejecting a false “Jesus” they were shown. But Scripture ties salvation to trust in the true Christ revealed in the Gospels and the Hebrew Scriptures, not to sincere religion or good deeds alone. Only Christ sorts the sheep from the goats (Matthew 25). We do not know every individual heart. Our job is not to guess who might be “in” by some hidden faith. Our job is to present the real Jesus; the humble, merciful, risen Messiah of the Tanakh and New Testament, clearly and lovingly to everyone, including Jewish people. He alone is the door. Humility before Him is always right.

Matthew 25. The sheep are surprised: "Lord, when did we see you hungry?" They didn't recognize the King they served. The goats are equally surprised, certain they belonged: "Lord, when did we see you... and not minister to you?". Some who assume they're in are out, and some the crowd wrote off are in. That's not a second way of salvation. It's a warning about who does the sorting. Christ separates the sheep from the goats, not you, not me, not the pope, not the southern Baptist convention, only Christ. That's what Jesus means when he says only He is the way, the truth, and the life. He doesn't care about what group you belong to here on Earth or what you call yourself or even if you reject the false "Jesus" portrayed by many. He only cares what he sees in your heart. There is only one door, and we must have humility about who walks through it before the end.
