@PokeTCGAlerts I emailed them about my cancelled order, they told me I violated their TOS and they wouldn't tell me what exactly I violated. Also said anymore support tickets about it would be instantly closed.

If you received an email from Pokémon Center about cancelled Ascended Heroes ETBs, check to see if you received a follow-up email. Looks like they may be reinstating some orders! Not sure how widespread this is. Please share below if you also experience this to let others know! #PokemonTCG
