@immewnity So that may be some of the reason why you struggled to color match if you’re also dealing with color space of unknown third party affecting the art as each time the image is converted CMYK -> RGB -> CMYK it gets a little more compressed and the numbers won’t be exactly the same.

@immewnity Each time color profiles are changed is ‘destructive’ to the art (using convert to profile, not by assigning a different profile) as color values are recalculated. So unless your PSDs are from TPC (RIP their job) it’s likely a fan made psd from the posted sRGB.

The artwork used in the Pokemon.com and Pokemon.co.jp Pokédexes vary slightly in color. Weird, right? I spent the past two weeks of my life digging into it, because that was naturally a good use of time: matthew.verive.me/blog/color/

@mishacollins @AlaskaAir @BankofAmerica I have the Alaska card and never have this issue having to verify identity / clear fraud alerts. My best guess would be if you are traveling frequently, protection is triggering bc it’s used in so may different locations. I wonder if BoA could just nix the travel rules on yours?

@beascripts If you know somebody else near you who plays the game, you don’t need switch online to do a local trade.

Sadly, it seems you can’t finish Mable’s quests without Switch Online. I’ve completed the dex aside from the trade evolutions, and you hit a wall fast. The highest point quest line revolves around link trades. After Level 40, difficulty spikes up and you get no new quest lines.

Your app should be smart enough to realize the driver is making NO PROGRESS towards you & it’s significantly past the scheduled arrival time and allow the rider to cancel and rebook without a fee. No, it’s up to the rider to scramble to make other plans because you’re unreliable.

Hey @lyft it really sucks that there’s no recourse for riders when your driver refuses to come get you for a *SCHEDULED* ride but also won’t cancel or respond at all, but I get charged if I cancel despite not being able to sit and wait for hours when I need to be AT THE AIRPORT?

@turo just a heads up, if there’s no way in the app to differentiate between important notifications (ie a message from your host) and “come back and try renting a car again!” Annoying notifications, I’m just gonna delete the app. Not a good way to entice lapsed customers.

Bookfusion allows you to search by tag, which fanficfare auto pulls the AO3 tags for you. I often entertain myself by looking at my tags and trying to guess which fandom they are from.

My Workflow: FanFicFare is an amazing calibre plugin that will download from AO3 and other sites - also pairs well with Generate Cover plugin to make custom covers, nice for e-readers. It will also check for/add new chapters for WIPs. Bookfusion plugin syncs to their site/app!

Daily reminder that your favorite fics can disappear from AO3 at any time. If you have ones you really enjoy and want to ensure you can read again, DOWNLOAD THEM. Calibre is A++ for organization and @BookFusionHQ has A++ interface, multi-platform sync and tagging system.

Printing Timelapse for funsies. Big shout out to @turbodorkdotcom - this was my first time using their paints and it really helped me achieve that metallic look I wanted, will def be getting more in the future.

Going as TOTK Link for Halloween and just finished painting my Zonai battery holder, pretty happy with how it turned out! Might try to make one that can light up in the future, we’ll see!

@BestBuy Just wanted to give a shoutout to one of the guys at the Tukwila, WA store - I think his name was Michael, he was one of the senior Geek Squad techs. A different employee at the cell phone counter had made me feel incredibly uncomfortable while doing a screen protector install and had also messed it up. I was trying to collect myself as it had been a long day and being treated that way was kind of the last straw, and had wandered over to geek squad trying to find customer service and Michael was super kind and fixed it with a new one and did a great job.
