Japan has one of the lowest obesity rates on Earth. But they eat ramen, drink beer, and never fear carbs. I found out how. The 7 reasons I found destroyed my Western belief: 1. Everyone walks… Everywhere!!!

🚨BREAKING NEWS...Judge orders RCMP to hand over names in Artur Pawlowski lawsuit The lawsuit targets multiple government agencies and officials over alleged harassment, arrests and coordinated enforcement actions tied to the COVID era. Written by Angelica Toy Pastor Artur Pawlowski scored a partial court victory this week as his sweeping civil lawsuit against multiple government agencies and officials made its first appearance before the courts. Pawlowski and his brother Dawid are suing the RCMP, CBSA, Calgary Police Service, Alberta Health Services, the City of Calgary, former Calgary police chief Mark Neufeld, correctional authorities connected to the Calgary Remand Centre, and Canada Post. The lawsuit stems from a series of arrests, investigations and enforcement actions tied to COVID-era church crackdowns and protest-related policing. The brothers allege they were targeted, harassed and intimidated over their political and religious beliefs, accusing multiple agencies of abusing their authority through coordinated enforcement actions, arrests, investigations and ongoing legal pressure. Claims involving the CBSA stem from Pawlowski’s 2021 arrest at Calgary International Airport, while allegations involving the RCMP relate to investigations and enforcement actions connected to pandemic protests and demonstrations. The lawsuit also targets Calgary Police Service and former police chief Mark Neufeld over arrests and policing actions carried out in Calgary, along with correctional authorities tied to the Calgary Remand Centre over alleged treatment while in custody. Canada Post is also named in the lawsuit over an incident involving Pawlowski’s arrest at a Canada Post location inside a Shoppers Drug Mart, which the brothers allege formed part of a broader pattern of harassment and targeting. The case appeared before the Alberta Court of King’s Bench on May 13, where the first major dispute focused on disclosure. Pawlowski’s legal team has been attempting to obtain the identities of officials connected to the RCMP and CBSA. Federal Crown lawyers pushed back, arguing the CBSA portion of the lawsuit should be dismissed under a strict limitation period contained in the Customs Act. The judge ruled that the CBSA does not currently have to disclose names while that summary dismissal application remains before the court. However, the court reached a different conclusion regarding the RCMP. The judge noted there is currently no active summary dismissal application involving the Mounties and ordered the RCMP to disclose the name of its disclosing officer within 30 days. The CBSA dismissal application has yet to be heard. If the Crown is unsuccessful in that application, the border agency could still be required to hand over the names being sought by Pawlowski’s legal team. For now, the RCMP has 30 days to comply as the lawsuit continues through the courts. streetchurch.ca

Being mayor is a daily test of making hard decisions. But occasionally, a mayor faces an easy one. Since March, the Vancouver Liberals have called for suicide barriers on the Granville Bridge: x.com/kareemformayor… Ken Sim and ABC voted against the suicide barriers, and it’s not even in the capital plan for the next 4 years. The money to do it is there: ❌ $6 million in developer charges—somehow not collected ❌ $13 million for FIFA tickets ❌ $54 million for Granville Bridge upgrades (see promised vs. delivered below) ❌ $64 million cash for an unbuilt Art Gallery and a $100m public land donation ❌ $120 million in overruns for the PNE Amphitheater ❌ Property taxes increased by $700m/yr Ken Sim, make the easy decision. Build the barrier.

Epstein was collaborating with Bitcoin developer biohacker and transhumanist Bryan Bishop to create 'the first live birth of a human “designer baby” and human cloning within five years, and was conducting initial experiments in UKRAINE: “Sounds like you could be the first investor as long as absolute anonymity is kept. I have always envisioned there would be anonymity requirements about babies-- we can't publicly identify who these are or their parents or benefactors, it would brand the child as (essentially, and sadly) a freak for life in the media. So I had always assumed the investor would need absolute anonymity, for these kinds of products. So the financial structure needs to be designed with these details in mind.” “This gets us out of our self-funded "garage biology" phase to the first live birth of a human designer baby, and possibly a human clone, within 5 years. Once we reach the first birth, everything changes and the world will never be the same again, much less the future of the human species”

"In March 2020, the Canadian Armed Forces tasked a team with creating anonymous social media accounts to comb the internet and produce daily reports for military leaders that included the status of COVID-19 in Canada, as well as the political discourse and any misinformation surrounding the pandemic. Some team members balked at the order, however, saying conducting such activities while working from home on their personal computers and networks could break intelligence-gathering rules." "...A source with direct knowledge of what unfolded told CBC News that within months, some members quit the team or were medically released. The Department of National Defence (DND) told CBC News it could not comment on the matter, citing privacy reasons."

🚨WHAT THE HELL?!!!! Divers doing a ROUTINE maintenance check at the Converse Reservoir dam in Mobile, AL... ...just found an underwater IED!!!! Apparently a grenade-type bomb was sitting submerged at the bottom of a dam that holds an entire city's DRINKING WATER. It took FIVE agencies: the FBI, ALEA, the Sheriff, Mobile PD, and a maritime render-safe team, to pull it out and detonate it. Someone put a BOMB in our water supply... WHERE IS THE NATIONAL COVERAGE?!!!

‼️ BREAKING Liberals are building a surveillance system that the US, Germany & EU have all explicitly rejected. The two countries that have this: CHINA & RUSSIA Carney wants surveillance on every Canadian. Not just suspects. Every call. Every text. Every location ping. Who you called. When. How long. Where you were. NO SUSPICION OR INVESTIGATION REQUIRED. Reconstructed into a complete map of your movements. No other Western democracy has powers this broad. The EU Court of Justice struck down an identical law as unconstitutional in 2014. Germany abandoned blanket retention entirely. Signal said they’d leave Canada rather than comply. Meta called it conscripting companies into “the government’s surveillance apparatus.” US Congress members wrote directly to Ottawa warning it compromises American citizens. Canada’s own Privacy Commissioner has zero oversight role in this bill. The EU was right to strike this down. It’s a violation of human rights.
