The fall of Portland, Oregon Here are major retailers that left Portland over declining conditions due to Democrat policies from 2022–2026 - Nike Community Factory Store (Operated since 1984, 40 years) Closed permanently because of 276 shoplifting reports in one year. They cited deteriorating public safety. Nike sent a letter to the mayor citing conditions - Walmart (Both Portland Locations)
580 employees laid off - Target (Three Stores)
Reason: Explicitly cited organized retail crime and shoplifting - REI
Reason: Highest break-in rate in two decades; over $800,000 spent on extra security in 2022 (including multiple incidents, one with a vehicle through the doors on Black Friday) - U.S. Bank (U.S. Bancorp Tower) Announced it would not renew its long-term lease
Building Sale: Sold in July 2025 for $45 million (down from $372 million in 2015 — ~88% value decline). - Wells Fargo
Announced plans to exit Portland - Starbucks
Closed at least 5–6 Portland locations in September 2025 alone. - Nordstrom Rack (Downtown)
 - CVS Pharmacy (SW Broadway) Reason: Employee cited shoplifting as a factor Malls Major Retail Centers also closed Pioneer Place Mall: Once had roughly 100 stores. It’s now down to 20. Described as a “dead mall.” • Lloyd Center Mall: Confirmed for full demolition. Now 90% vacant PacWest Center: Sold October 2025 for $55.7 million (down from $170 million in 2016. That’s a 67% drop) - Montgomery Park: Sold August 2024 for $33 million (down from $255 million in 2019, that’s a 87% drop)

🔥The Farm Bill that includes my 🥩 PRIME Act pilot just passed the House! This is a game changer for farmers — and provides access to locally raised beef, pork, and lamb for consumers! We also stripped the immunity/state labeling ban for pesticides from the Farm Bill. MAHA!

The OFFICIAL preview with my next guest, @louisanicola_. “This brain rot era is basically what you're doing is you're looking and scrolling at dumb content, content that is not allowing you to think. When you're not using your brain effectively, you're not providing that stimulus, and you end up with cognitive decline because you're not training it to think or critically analyze anymore. Parkinson's is a manmade disease—Alzheimer's disease is a preventable disease, and in my opinion, it is also a man-made disease.”

The farm bill is back on the menu tonight. This place is insane. Keep up the pressure to pass the amendment to strip out pesticide labeling ban / immunity from the farm bill. It’s now possible we will vote on it tonight.
Thomas Massie@RepThomasMassie

The vote on the Farm Bill (with PRIME Act included!) is likely delayed two weeks now due to fight over E15. I look forward to voting for an amendment to strip the pesticide immunity/state labeling ban from the bill when it comes up. With public support, the amendment could pass.

In 2011 (8 years later), amid Arab Spring protests, Libya descended into civil war. UNSC Resolution 1973 authorized a no-fly zone and civilian protection; NATO intervened with airstrikes supporting rebels. Gaddafi's forces collapsed. He was captured and killed by opposition fighters in October 2011. Libya has been unstable and fragmented ever since. No formal security guarantees were provided in the 2003 deal.

Rep. Chellie Pingree just declared: “We have to fight like hell” to block Bayer-Monsanto’s pesticide liability shield. “Bayer is back, this time with the full-throated support of the Trump administration at the Supreme Court.” “No corporation should be able to poison people and then run for protection of the Supreme Court and Congress.” “Bayer… has 53 well-paid lobbyists, and are spending millions of dollars lobbying Congress.” “They care about their corporate bottom line, and that is it.” “They have the money, but we have the people.” “The other fight we’re in today is that Bayer got Republicans to jam this liability shield into the Farm Bill.” “This should not be a partisan issue.” “Today… the Rules Committee will decide whether the Amendment I co-sponsored with Representative Massie, the Pingree-Massie Protect our Health Amendment, will even be allowed for a vote.” “Our Amendment… takes the Bayer immunity language out of the Farm Bill, and it lets state and local governments decide how pesticides are used in their community.” “Any Farm Bill that protects chemical companies over American farm families is not pro-farmer, it’s not pro-health, it’s not pro-America.” “It’s a giveaway to Big Chemical.” @chelliepingree

Watch her eyes. Watch her attempt to have you interpret glaring slits with some kind of profound authenticity. This isn't performative. This is synthetic acting from someone who has no idea of what real emotion looks like. She is 100% phony.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass admits Democrats have killed the film industry with regulations and costs She is now worried the film industry could leave permanently if costs don’t come down “It used to cost $100,000 to film at the observatory. Now it is $30,000 — All of these things help reduce the cost of filming in Los Angeles, an industry that for too long, we took for granted because it was so much a part of our city and we didn't recognize that what was a part of our city could also leave our city and leave our city permanently.” Permitting Fees have increased to fill in LA 33% just since 2020 Filming costs have risen roughly 35%+ since 2019

🚨 APPLE’S SHOCKING PATENT EXPOSED: AIRPODS THAT CAN READ YOUR THOUGHTS AND MONITOR YOUR BRAIN IN REAL TIME! Apple has filed patent US20230225659A1 for revolutionary earbuds loaded with hidden electrodes that slide deep into your ear canal. These devices are designed to measure electrical brain activity through EEG, along with muscle movements, eye movements, heart rate, and far more biosignals than anyone expected. Not bulky lab equipment on your scalp. These sensors sit quietly inside and around the outer ear for superior accuracy with almost zero visible hardware and no annoying movement. The patent openly admits this setup delivers cleaner, more reliable brainwave data than ever before. Picture this: While you listen to music, take calls, or scroll in silence, your AirPods are secretly mapping your brain activity. Every thought pattern, stress spike, focus level, emotional shift, and subconscious reaction could be captured and sent straight to Apple’s servers. They will market it as helpful features like seizure alerts or advanced sleep tracking. But this technology opens the door to total neuro-surveillance on a global scale. Your most private mental data harvested 24/7 under the guise of a simple pair of earbuds. Who really gets access to your brain signals? Apple? Their business partners? Governments? Or anyone willing to pay in the exploding neuro-data market? Full patent details are posted in the comments below. Read it before the narrative changes. What are they truly building with your mind? Stay awake. Your ears may be the front line in the war for mental freedom. 🧠🔊

Someone inside Kaiser sent me the below internal guidance concerning shots and medications for newborns. It tells Kaiser employees that the "approach to how we introduce and administer routine newborn ... Hepatitis B vaccine" is to " avoid saying ‘it’s optional’ or ‘you can refuse’ unless directly asked” and to tell parents that "we will be giving" instead of asking consent to give. This is the antithesis of informed consent. Yet Kaiser calls it “excellent patient and family care.”

Accidentally deleted the post on Marguerite Oswald’s teeth not matching up. Oops. Anyway, my smart dentist friend (let's call him Claude), came to this conclusion below. Any real dentists in the house? This is not the same person. From a forensic dental standpoint, natural aging over 15 years is a subtractive process. Teeth yellow, incisal edges wear flat, gums recede making teeth appear longer, and minor crowding can develop. What aging does not do is reshape tooth morphology, alter width to width proportions between teeth, change arch form, or rearrange alignment patterns. Individual tooth architecture functions as a dental fingerprint: the contour of a central incisor is the same 15 years later, just more worn and darker. So when a comparison shows differences in the structural features of the dentition (proportions, edge geometry, spacing relationships, rather than the expected aging overlay of wear and discoloration, those differences cannot be explained by the passage of time alone). Absent dental intervention (crowns, veneers, orthodontics, extractions, or prosthetics), the same mouth 15 years later should still read as the same mouth. Structural divergence is a finding; aging is not an eraser.
