Got the Phantom Coupe out of the garage yesterday to give her a run. This colour is called Sable (NOT brown) and has really grown on me since I bought this car. These old Phantom’s are so well built too. Feel like they’re honed from iron.

I am so sad to learn that yesterday Jochen Mass passed away. I spent three wonderful days with him in 2016, at the Lister Stirling Moss launch. As soon as we met he couldn’t have been more warm, welcoming or friendly. - like we’d known each other for years. It’s a warmth that I never have forgotten and try and emulate, somewhat less successfully, when I meet people for the first time too. It’s strange to look back at these photos and realise only 9 years later many of these wonderful people have now gone, but they will certainly NEVER be forgotten! Rest in peace Jochen.
