@SebTH1 @Maxemldr It was announced because right before they did, there was a massive hack, and what we saw was probably made as a sample for higher ups and/or an in-progress announcement that would have then been leaked. You can see from lack of textures that it wasn't a polished preview.

@chrono732 @teyvattabloid Genshin is in the top 5 earners of the app stores. They didn't need hardlock old characters as non-viable against the Wild Hunt, especially with reruns existing to make money off old ones and better looking graphics on new characters.

Difficult, but doable. 4 years later, and we got shills saying 'health of your account' like enemies that have double health without new 5-stars isn't insanely predatory.

With quite a few Nod Krai characters out now, something bothers me about the lunar reaction, they're only available through 5 stars. Now obviously with recent nations, lots of 5 stars have gotten gimmicks (Bond of life, Ouisa and Pneuma, Nightsoul) but these all had work arounds, 4 stars who could trigger it, or were unnecessary for endgame content however lunar reactions do not. Lunar reactions are clearly going to become a major part of the meta and as such, should have at least one or two f2p options. No obviously it's a gatcha game and needs money somehow but this is too much and sets a bad precedent. What if the next meta defining reactions or gimmick is not only 5 star exclusive, but locked behind constellations 🤔 With an increasing lack of consideration for new players, it doesn't seem out of the question. @TheNohtus @GoneZal @hecubian_devil My family is Navy. The US armed forces are insane but no one is on active duty 24/7 for nine months, especially not the people in charge of the nuclear engines. NO ONE wants them to be tired. They have normal ass shifts unless there's an emergency.
