It’s think it’s fair to assume given the election, interest rates, inflation and foreign wars, Austin real estate will end the year down with sales volume continuing to slow. If you’re cash liquid and have courage, will be some once in a decade buying opportunities.

Covid is so rampant right now. I just recovered from it, and so many people I know have it. For me it was a rough ride compared to the last time I had Covid but after reading about other people’s symptoms, it could have been worse!

I always advocate for buying/selling when it makes sense for your life and finances and not timing the market. So that’s what I personally did. Decided last March to sell in September. We are buying in December. It’s just a nice coincidence rates have dropped.

@LillyRockwell @British_Airways In case it helps, this is a summary of U.K. rules on cancelled flights. I am fairly sure BA are required to provide you with earliest available flight (even if with another airline)

@British_Airways The thing is, I am quite confident there are First Class and Business class seats available to Texas sooner. They just won’t give it to someone at the Economy rate. Do the right thing and just bring us home. 😡
