14天禁碳水终于结束啦 Day 15 体重52.2KG 体重从54.1降了1.9KG 期间吃了2顿火锅，1顿大夜宵，喝酒X顿，每周泰拳 不算特别舒服的体验，也不算很难受，心情影响可能略有但不大。不过体重变化也不明显，我觉得要是纯粹以减肥为目的的话，可能健康饮食加锻炼可能有更好效果？

禁碳水 Day8 53.2KG 体重体型没啥变化，有一种吃多少都依然饿的感觉，唯有火锅和酒可解。中午有点忙没来得及吃午饭，更有一种饿到心塞的感觉。 据说不吃碳水会变笨，再笨6天。

禁碳水 Day4: 53.2KG，昨晚继续小饮。今天早上开始就实质性饥饿，早上吃了2个鸡蛋，中午糟鸡和猪排，吃完就饥肠辘辘，一直在补小番茄。 打了一节泰拳。 随着时间变化，体验一直在变化，还挺有意思的。
