@TonyLaneNV He refused the breathalyzer. That’s why it’s reported as 0.00.

TIGER WOODS MUGSHOT JUST DROPPED… AND IT’S RAISING QUESTIONS
Blew a 0.00… but still arrested for DUI
No alcohol. Still charged.
Second DUI. Third crash. Refused further testing.
Something isn’t adding up here…
If it wasn’t alcohol… then what was it?
Do you think there’s more to this story we’re not being told? ⬇️ 🇺🇸

@AveryDaye Um, I think you may have misconstrued what she said. Probably intentionally.

@TaraBull God forbid I ever get murdered in broad daylight and become a national headline, I sure hope they use a nice picture of me and not some poor candid selfie. Regardless, the accurate media reporting most people want isn’t related to which photo is used to show the deceased.

BREAKING NEWS🚨🚨🚨:
The father-in-law of juror #11 from the John O’Keefe and Karen Read re-trial submitted a 1990 patent application --that went on to become Raytheon’s Boomerang Warrior-X system-- alongside a man from Saudi Arabia who used a fake name (and who has been in Saudi Arabia ever since after spending time at Chadron State College in Nebraska in the 1980s).
The juror’s father-in-law, Ahmedelhadi Yassin Serageldin, submitted the application alongside a man listed as “Mostafa E. Ahmed” on all formal patent documents (roughly 30 years before Serageldin was arrested in 2019 by federal agents for stealing classified U.S. missile defense documents and possession of child sexual abuse images). Read that patent here - image-ppubs.uspto.gov/dirsearch-publ…
However, the man’s real name is Mustafa Faisal Ahmed (thus the man changed a letter in his first name, and his middle initial, on the fraudulent patent application). Mustafa is a professor at King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia. Per his bio, “Mustafa is the Founder & CEO of Ascend E-Ventures, a full-service digital solutions agency that focuses on E-Commerce, startups and all things digital. Mustafa is also the Co-Founder & CTO of Saletab.com – Saudi Arabia’s 1st E-Commerce Platform (2009). He sold his 1st Internet company (an online contact lens store) in 1997 (LensExpress.com) and exited out of his 2nd online business iNET Impact (e-commerce solutions company in Sydney, Australia) in 2000.” Read that bio here - web.archive.org/web/2025062523…
Interestingly, in Serageldin’s federal sentencing memo, prosecutors with the U.S. DOJ told a federal judge that Serageldin was suspected of spying for Egypt (then, despite a 70 month sentencing recommendation and a bail violation on the eve of the court imposing sentence, for some reason that federal judge imposed an 18 month federal prison term that Serageldin was allowed to serve concurrent to an 18 month term for pleading guilty to the state court child abuse material charge - a result that also forced Serageldin to register as a sex offender for life). According to federal prosecutors in the Serageldin case, “The technology largely concerned ballistic missile defense systems, specifically the radar used to detect missiles that are aimed at our soldiers, our ships, our buildings, and our citizens, and to guide our own systems in times of need. Some of the technology was cutting edge, as it involved radar systems that were in the process of being implemented while Defendant was committing his crimes; some of those systems have not been fully implemented yet.”
If the federal government is aware of Serageldin submitting a false patent application, connected to a man in Saudi Arabia who may well be in the orbit of the Saudi state, remains unclear. However, the patent in question (initially submitted as Patent #4952931 in 1990 under the cover of a device to detect emergency sirens in domestic traffic) was recently deployed in the field (to detect incoming arms fire) and it is very possible Saudi and Egyptian intelligence may have ran a deep-cover operation, for over 40 years, in order to compromise that technology.
Juror 11, in a written statement to me earlier on Wednesday, confirmed the man in question is her father-in-law but noted she does not speak to the man currently (he is a registered sex offender) and noted that she answered questions on jury questionaries' with “honesty and clarity” (those questions involve whether the juror, a family member or household member had any contact with the criminal or civil justice system). See one of those forms here - x.com/GrantSmithElli…

Q: "Towel, why does it matter if Juror #11 in the John O'Keefe and Karen Read re-trial potentially didn't disclose that her father-in-law was sent to federal prison in 2020 for stealing U.S. missile defense files and for possession of child abuse images?" A: "Manifest. Destiny."

@CommishOrcabot The police would’ve had to actually do a thorough investigation to produce evidence. They did not.
English

@CoffindafferFBI How are you reconciling that she had an oddly specific memory, offered to law enforcement agents, that she now says she completely imagined? Misremembering details, timing, sure. An entire memory invented though? I’m just having trouble with that.
English

For those who missed this, it was a rough day for Alan Jackson.
The defense literally put a witness on the stand who said:
*Jackson threatened her with perjury if she didn't say what he wanted her to say
*Wasn't at the Canton PD during the time period Jackson questioned her about
*Forgot her name
The Defense never should have called former Canton Police Officer Kelly Dever.
She was a green police officer who in 2023 told the FBI she recalled Brian Higgins and Lt. Burkowitz being in the sally port when she wasn't even on duty.
Yes, this officer came off as a confused rookie, but her testimony did not help the defense case at all.

@CourtNSims4 @trioxin83 I love this logic. Almost as good as when a dude gets caught cheating but gaslights his gf into guilt for going through his phone without his consent. His conduct - which was unbecoming of an officer to say the least, isn’t the problem. It’s that KR forced it to be exposed? 🤨
English

@trioxin83 He'd still be a trooper if he'd never encountered the demonic entity who goes by Karen Read.

Theoretically... if the defense calls Proctor (a man whose career they ruined) and he says, “I read a text where she said she didn’t think she hit him that hard,” would anything happen beyond it being stricken from the record? Would it be grounds for mistrial? #KarenRead
