Breaking: James Pearce Jr. will have all charges dismissed if he completes a program offered by the state of Florida, per @AndySlater. Rickea Jackson and the involved police officers have agreed to this.

SLATER SCOOP: Falcons' James Pearce Jr. will have all of his charges dismissed if he completes a program offered to him by the state of Florida, I've learned. While details are still being worked out, Pearce Jr. would have to attend therapy sessions and stay out of trouble over a six-month period. His attorney, Yale Sanford, tells me the victim, Rickea Jackson, and the police officers in this case spoke to the state attorney's office and agreed to this as well.

The NFL says it has been "closely monitoring all developments" in the matter surrounding #Falcons edge James Pearce Jr. Earlier today, Pearce entered into a six-month pre-trial intervention program that, if conditions are met, will result in all charges being dismissed, per attorneys Jacob Nunez and Yale Sanford. This agreement was made in consultation with the city of Doral and the victim, Rickea Jackson. There is no jail time and no admission of guilt.

JJ on Kevin Durant's 9 turnovers: "We're just getting this thing started and he's the type of player that can take over a series. Just have to continue to have a great team defense and great activity"

Lakers still underdogs? Just put 200 on them. Gotta make the money that I lost because of Booker
