Was reading about NOVA food classification. The detail that stuck: NIH study matched diets calorie-for-calorie, but people ate ~500 more calories per day on ultra-processed food. The processing, not the nutrients, breaks satiety. #nutrition #fooddata

I finally found the perfect skills to fix my AI-generated content after Google shadow-banned it. It took 14 days and a few reindexations. My impressions are currently all on the second page, and I’m working hard to get to the first.

Claude can now copy any UI on the internet. Just paste a url and it pulls the exact colors, fonts, and layout, then rebuilds the whole thing inside claude code. 100% free to try.

@tdinh_me The best design audits I got was giving my agent example (ui) of what to do and what NOT to do.

Are there any agent skills that do design audits? The common design errors I see: - unnatural text wrap on mobile screen - spacing between sections/screen edge - text color vs background color contrast LLMs seem to be “blind” to these basic design mistakes whenever I try to create a new design (that’s not from a template)

How are other apps getting millions of reviews with 4.7, 4.8, or even 4.9 ratings? Mine reached 4.5⭐ with 100+ reviews. I’m even giving free credits, but still getting a much lower rating

Why does SEO feel so much harder now? - 1 clicks - 11.1 average position - 193 total impressions I’ve indexed 10K+ pages, yet the results still suck

If you struggle to describe UI transitions in Claude or Codex, these commonly used transition terms can help. Save this for later.

I wish I could be good as you ? Do your have some articles or documentation that you wrote what’s worked what’s not ? How did you find the best subjects /keywords to create your new app ? Does you find your app idea and then did some crazy experiments to get the right format for TikTok. Sorry got a lot of questions. I’m looking into TikTok to get some traffic to my iOS app. Good job 👏

Xanthan gum is made by fermenting sugar with Xanthomonas campestris, a plant pathogen that causes black rot in vegetables. The fermentation product is totally safe at food levels. But in 2011-2012, premature infants fed a thickener called SimplyThick (xanthan gum-based) developed necrotizing enterocolitis. The FDA issued a warning. Full-term adults: fine. NICU patients: different story entirely. nojunk.app/encyclopedia/x… #nutrition #foodsafety

The citric acid in your food has nothing to do with citrus fruit. 99% of commercial citric acid is produced by fermenting sugar with Aspergillus niger mold. That process has been the industry standard since the 1920s. It's "natural" by FDA definition. Whether that matters to you is a separate question. nojunk.app/encyclopedia/c… #nutrition #fooddata

The EU set an ADI of 7 mg/kg body weight per day. A single serving of some red-dyed cereals can push a 30 lb kid close to that limit. No one is counting.

Red 40 comes with a mandatory warning label in the EU: "may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children." In the US it's in cereal, yogurt, and kids' gummies with no warning at all. California banned it from school meals starting 2028. The FDA is still reviewing. nojunk.app/encyclopedia/r… #nutrition #foodsafety

In February 2024, a Cleveland Clinic study in Nature Medicine found that people with high blood erythritol levels had significantly higher rates of major cardiac events. Erythritol is in Truvia, Stevia-in-the-Raw, and most "keto-friendly" sweetened products. The study is observational. Causation isn't proven. But it's the first signal this size on a sweetener that's been growing fast. nojunk.app/encyclopedia/e… #nutrition #fooddata
