My point isn't "this guy doesn't deserve an all-star card" obviously lol.
Content team has a job to do. Part of that is PACING. Why did we overload on current players leading up to All-Star? What happens with Finest now?

I think @OhChev said in a video recently that it seems that MLB the Show has gotten directive to focus more on current players and less on legends in the game.
Of the new All-Star cards shown, a lot are repeats. Sanchez has 3 diamonds, Mis has 3 diamonds, Yordan has 3, etc. Makes some of this feel rehashed.

Miz who just got a 96 if you knew he was getting all star card why release a damn Lightning of him. This crap is really getting old. I would like a good Mike Cameron card or Kyle Seager or Cole Young who is literally the best 2b in the league in his sophomore season and hasn't got a card. We keep going the same route all year every year. and it gets worse every iteration.

None of the June spotlight cards are guys who are gonna get all star cards which was planning on their part. Also is SDS supposed to just not make cards for players?

@kneand_ It sucks, I’m already at the rank I should be, 800, bc I struggle to play legend. I don’t want to play ranked 1v1 and risk having to play in 900 division for weekend classic. And having to play coop and having to rely on your teammate to be competent just sucks

How do you all feel about this program FORCING you to play Online?
Offline players say you should be able to play anyway to collect awards.
Online players are saying “what about all the mini seasons I have to play”
Both sides have good points but I think it comes down to when SDS did say “we want to make each rewards obtainable no matter how you play.”
