Grok Voice is #1!
Artificial Analysis@ArtificialAnlys

Announcing agentic performance benchmarking for Speech to Speech models on Artificial Analysis. We use 𝜏-Voice to measure tool calling and customer interaction voice agent capabilities in realistic customer service scenarios Even the strongest Speech to Speech (S2S) models today resolve only about half of realistic customer service scenarios end-to-end - a meaningful gap relative to frontier text-based agents on the same tasks. Voice channels introduce significant complexity: challenging accents, background noise, and packet loss, all while requiring fast responses, consistency across long multi-turn conversations, and reliable tool use. Performance also varies considerably by audio condition: in clean audio some models perform notably better, but realistic conditions continue to pose a challenge. Conversation duration also varies meaningfully across models, with implications for both customer experience and operational cost. About 𝜏-Voice: Our Agentic Performance benchmark is based on 𝜏-Voice (Ray, Dhandhania, Barres & Narasimhan, 2026), which extends 𝜏²-bench into the voice modality to evaluate S2S models on realistic customer service tasks. It measures multi-turn instruction following, support of a simulated customer through a complete interaction, and tool use against simulated customer service systems. The simulated user combines an LLM-driven decision model with realistic audio synthesis: diverse accents, background noise, and packet loss modelled on real network conditions. This complements our Big Bench Audio benchmark measuring intelligence and Conversational Dynamics (Full Duplex Bench subset) benchmark measuring conversational naturalness. Scores are the average of three independent pass@1 trials. We evaluate under realistic audio conditions using the 𝜏²-bench base task split across three domains: ➤ Airline (50 scenarios): e.g., changing a flight, rebooking under policy constraints ➤ Retail (114 scenarios): e.g., disputing a charge, processing a return ➤ Telecom (114 scenarios): e.g., resolving a billing issue, troubleshooting a service problem Task success is determined by deterministic checks against expected actions and final database state, consistent with the 𝜏²-bench evaluator. Key results: xAI's Grok Voice Think Fast 1.0 is the clear leader at 52.1%, averaging 5.6 minutes per conversation, the second-longest overall. OpenAI's GPT-Realtime-2 (High) (39.8%, 3.0 min) and GPT-Realtime-1.5 (38.8%, 4.8 min) follow, with Gemini 3.1 Flash Live Preview - High close behind at 37.7% (3.8 min). Speech to Speech is a fast evolving modality and we expect movement in rankings as we continue to add new models with these capabilities, and model robustness improves. Congratulations @xAI @elonmusk! See below for further detail ⬇️

These are tough results for Labour. There’s no sugarcoating it. We’ve lost brilliant Labour representatives who’ve stood up for their communities. People are still frustrated. Their lives aren’t changing fast enough. We haven’t offered enough hope or optimism for the future. I was elected to change this country - tough days like this don’t weaken my determination to do that. They strengthen it.

Here’s a podcast about mitochondrial dysfunction. From all my years of using ketogenic diets like the lion diet for health, getting impacted by mold, experiencing SSRI induced withdrawal/damage, it finally appears like the root cause is mitochondrial dysfunction at a cellular level. The research into this is cutting edge and fascinating. @ChrisMasterjohn, a PhD in nutritional sciences, runs a mitochondrial testing company called Mitome and is unbelievably knowledgeable about mitochondrial dysfunction. We get into what serotonin is actually doing in your body, why SSRIs and benzodiazepines are actually mitochondrial drugs in ways nobody prescribing them understands, why the lion diet and other keto diets work from a biochemistry standpoint, why mega-dosing supplements can harm you, what B vitamins and red meat have to do with inflammation, how mold toxicity and food reactions can produce identical symptoms and more. This one is for anyone who has been chronically sick and wants to understand what’s going on at a cellular level.

Okay is anyone else's skin burning way faster than normal in the UK right now? It feels like the sun is far more intense... Even my darker skinned friends are saying they are feeling a new intensity to the sun. But it's only like 21 degrees Celsius... It's weird.

Cancer patients, doctors and especially oncologists listen up! If you have received (or are prescribing) frequent MRIs or CT scans with contrast, you need to be aware that often times this contrast NEVER leaves your body. For example, this is a now 59-year-old female with a history of cancer that underwent chemotherapy and had multiple imaging studies with contrast. Gadolinium is used for contrast with MRIs and CT scans. Barium is used for contrast with abdominal and G.I. studies. On the left, you will see the amount of heavy metals in her body from 2024 (pre removal), including the following: Gadolinium - 200x normal ‼️ Palladium - 90x normal 😳 Lead - 20x normal Barium - 11x normal After completing several rounds of IV therapy called chelation, which binds to heavy metals in the body and are removed via the kidney, after two years (2026). These are her new levels: Gadolinium - 200x ➡️ 7x 👀👏🏼 Palladium - 90x ➡️ 8x Lead - 20x ➡️ 4x Barium - 11x ➡️ 1.8x All SIGNIFICANTLY better, but we still have work to do. If you have received several IV (or oral) contrasts for imaging studies, there is a VERY good chance that heavy metal is stuck in your body causing issues. There’s not many providers throughout the United States that do this type of testing, i happen to be one of them. This specific type of test is called a Doctor’s Data pre-and post provocation, costs about $500, often this is completed with two different compounds: DMPS (for mercury and arsenic) and EDTA (for all other heavy metals). Share this with someone you know that may be impacted by this.

🚨 “SMOKING WAS GOOD FOR THEM” — TOP HEART SURGEON’S CLAIM IS BREAKING THE INTERNET A clip is exploding after cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Steven Gundry made a claim that’s turning everything people thought they knew about smoking upside down. His argument: smoking, specifically nicotine, can have real benefits when paired with the right lifestyle. At one point, he even says about a patient: “Probably it’s because he smoked that he’s doing so well.” • Points to long-living populations where heavy smoking is common • Claims in parts of Sardinia, 95% of men smoke — and live longer than the women • Says nicotine acts as a powerful mitochondrial “uncoupler” • Argues the damage blamed on smoking can be offset by diet • Suggests we’ve been looking at it completely backwards According to him, the real question isn’t why smoking harms people… it’s why some smokers live longer, and what we’re missing. The moment hits different when Dr. Mike (Mikhail Varshavski) starts pushing back… and you can feel the shift instantly. This wasn’t a normal take. This felt like a full narrative flip. Is this the truth finally being revealed… or something that doesn’t add up? 📹 credit: DoctorMike (Youtube)

Theo Von reveals he was put on antidepressants after “a tough day at school” and has NEVER been able to get off them since. THEO: “That shit makes you feel dead, man.” ROGAN: “So why did you take them in the first place?” THEO: “Cause I was in a bad relationship 20 years ago, and I was having a tough day at school, and they f*cking gave them to me, and then I never got off.” Theo’s experience is not uncommon. A 2019 meta-analysis revealed that 56% of people experience withdrawal symptoms when trying to quit antidepressants. Of those who experienced withdrawal symptoms, nearly half (46%) described them as “severe.” Before you get placed on the antidepressant hamster wheel like Theo Von did, consider trying exercise instead. Large-scale meta-analyses show that physical exercise is about 1.5 times more effective than antidepressants for depression.
The Vigilant Fox 🦊@VigilantFox

Surprise, surprise. It turns out antidepressants may have been propped up by deeply flawed science. “Most clinical drug trials have found the effectiveness of antidepressants is ON PAR with placebo,” wrote Dr. Joseph Mercola. On the other hand: “Large-scale meta-analyses show that physical exercise is the most effective remedy — about 1.5 times more effective than antidepressants — for depression.” You probably never heard that on TV because in 1996, Bill Clinton signed the Telecommunications Act, which allowed Big Pharma to buy off the news. Here’s what else they’re not telling you about antidepressants. If you or someone you love is taking them, you might want to read to this. 🧵

Rupert Lowe’s Fierce Stance Against Wokism: Merit Over Madness British MP Rupert Lowe has emerged as one of the UK’s most outspoken critics of wokism — what he calls the “cancer of DEI” (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and “sick woke ideology” that he believes is undermining British society, institutions, and common sense. Lowe, leader of the Restore Britain movement, doesn’t mince words. He has vowed to “carpet-bomb the cancer of wokery,” scrap every diversity-related role in the public sector, and judge people strictly on merit, character, and ability — not skin colour, sexuality, or identity checkboxes. Key Points of His View • DEI is “poisonous” and anti-white racism: Lowe repeatedly labels DEI initiatives as “rot” infecting the police, NHS, councils, legal profession, and even sport. He has slammed schemes excluding white men from jobs or internships, calling them “disgusting” and a form of discrimination that blocks talented young British men. His solution? Sack every DEI officer on “day one.” • Gender ideology and child protection: He fiercely opposes puberty blockers and medical transitions for minors, describing it as “evil,” “mutilation,” and “sick woke poison.” Lowe has backed petitions against such practices and argued that doctors pushing them on confused children should face prison, not just professional consequences. • Rainbow lanyards and virtue-signalling: Celebrating the “paucity” (scarcity) of rainbow lanyards in Reform UK circles, Lowe has mocked performative diversity as pointless tick-boxing that distracts from real priorities like safety, competence, and national interests. • Free speech vs. cancel culture: Lowe declares “cancel culture is dead” and insists Britain must defend the right to offend, criticise, and speak plainly — including against political correctness that he warned about years ago. He argues a healthy democracy allows robust debate without fear of punishment for “offensive” views. • Broader cultural fight: Through Restore Britain, he pushes to protect British culture, restore Christian principles, and prioritise a small state, low taxes, and secure borders over what he sees as divisive identity politics. Lowe frames wokism not as harmless progress, but as an ideology that divides society, lowers standards, discriminates against the majority (especially straight white British men), and weakens institutions like policing and healthcare. He often contrasts it with a straightforward meritocracy: “I don’t care about diversity — judge people on character and ability alone.” Whether you agree or not, Lowe’s blunt style has resonated with many who feel mainstream politics has surrendered to identity-driven policies at the expense of fairness and practicality. His message is clear: Britain first, merit always, and no more “woke nonsense. #RupertLowe #Wokism #DEI #RestoreBritain #FreeSpeech #Meritocracy
