@NguyenMari49148 @DReds928 $SOC They’ll have to do better than that. The federal courts don’t rule based on hysteria. Nice to see the hysteria though.

@DReds928 The environmental groups just countered with another lawsuit to take it back to local authorities in Santa Barbara comparing to the Vietnam war agent orange

@c_MANANA_ @CompoundRich @IvanR108 A correction. They have limited slots for the mapped but undrilled wells, as stated in $SOC presentation materials available on their website. They cannot accommodate the majority of them.

@CompoundRich @IvanR108 The existing three platforms already service 112 wells and have slots for the 102 undrilled opportunities. No new platforms needed- the subsea infrastructure is already in place. It’s a drilling program, not a construction program. That’s what makes the upside so clean. $SOC

@CorneliaLake Tentative ruling is out. $SOC is ruled against on most issues. Oral arguments tomorrow will inject the DPA into the case. My prediction is that Anderle will get the Geck treatment and lose jurisdiction to Judge Wilson on the federal bench. That is a yuge win for Sable. T-18 hours

$SOC mark your calendars. Judge “Do the right thing” Anderle’s hearing is next Wednesday, May 20 at 10AM. Attend on Zoom. Let’s see if he does the right thing when backed into a corner. zoomgov.com/j/1604775408?p…

@VictoryII1 @DReds928 My hope is that the appellate court files their ruling before Anderle’s hearing. I have no faith in Anderle doing the right thing. Same as Geck. $SOC got her case yanked. That was the right thing.

@Lipsman @DReds928 Would it be better for him to save face Weds. before the appeals court rules against him later?

@c_MANANA_ @Carflos223Matos This is a persistent myth pushed by The Independent, that Anderle has never changed a preliminary ruling in 30 years. He changed a preliminary ruling in Sable’s case last year or possibly earlier, in $SOC favor.

@MitchMo0221407 @c_MANANA_ Ah, well, the dominoes are still falling? Lol Still a strong day in the courts for Sable. Thanks for the clarification. Always good to see a CBD/EDC case dismissed.

@harvesttrad @Lipsman I just realized I never said what the outcome was. Justice Yegan (presiding justice of 3 justice panel) said that the appeal was submitted at the end of the hearing, which means the panel will deliberate and provide a written opinion later.

@meathead @CampCookAlt Late 2000s: Food scientists like J. Kenji López-Alt (The Food Lab) and Meathead Goldwyn (AmazingRibs.com) provided a scientific explanation that validated the term, showing that the salt creates a liquid brine—it uses the meat's own juices instead of added water.

@meathead @CampCookAlt 2006: Russ Parsons of the Los Angeles Times wrote a breakthrough article about Chef Rodgers' method, calling the result the “Judy Bird.” This article is often cited as the catalyst for the term "dry brine" entering the mainstream to contrast with the then-popular wet brine.

@SpacecoastPix @FutureJurvetson @MojoVisionInc @AndySaunders_1 Photomultiplier tubes use electron cascades. A single input photon can produce millions of electrons at the output, creating a measurable electrical pulse. That is why they are so sensitive, making a single photon visible. Fiber optics are not intrinsic to a photomultiplier tube.

Photon Fun This FOT is made from 90 million optical fibers fused and stretched. It magnifies whatever it is on top of by 3x without lenses. Each fiber is like an independent pixel, stretched 3x. This is the same multi-channel approach Mojo uses for optical links in data centers.
