Not every pullback is a reversal.
Sometimes it's just the market pausing before the next move.
The difference: volume.
A pullback on declining volume with a shallow drift... that's a flag. The trend is resting, not reversing.
A pullback on sustained volume with a deep retracement... that's a potential reversal. The other side is gaining control.
Reading volume during consolidation is how you stop confusing the two.
