I have been pinged for a sponsored stream to play... LEGO GAMES! I've never really played any of them to be honest! Thinking of getting my boys a game or two for Christmas. Out of curiosity, if I were to try one Lego game (out of all of them), which would you recommend? 🤔

@DiaryofaSickGrl I am in Canada so that might make a difference but I had an appointment to pick it all up and to show me how to wear it all, then just dropped it off in the morning and had a phone call to discuss the results before they went to my doctor for a longer follow up.

Has anyone done an at home sleep study? What all did it entail? Was the appointment just for going over that and picking up the stuff?

I kept wondering why the Liberals wrote a budget that only really seemed designed to appeal to Conservatives, rather than any other party, given there was no way the Conservatives would vote for it. But given the floor-crosser-hunter strategy from the Liberals, it actually makes sense to ask: Insofar as they included elements to appeal to any one party, did the Liberals write this budget to appeal to those potential floor crossers?

@atRachelGilmore I live in Matt Jeneroux’s ward and I am very sure he wouldn’t cross unless he was done with politics. His newsletters are on the extreme end of Conservative messaging.

Since I am alone for Christmas (no family), I decided to choose and wrap 12 books from my growing TBR pile to put under my tree. This way I will have a "surprise" Blind Date With A Book to unwrap each month next year. Wrapping the books was not as easy as it looks on Instagram.

@SpeakUp407 @Isuckatpicking I get the implication. But also it doesn’t show the reality that they aren’t working from home, just a different office (or should be anyway). And I hate defending politicians, especially UCP members, but I don’t think it is a good comparison.

@LisaBReads @Isuckatpicking Agreed that MLAs do constituency work (usually) and need the time to do so. The double standard here is that people whose job allows them to work from home can be as productive as people who work in the office but the UCP MLAs are not willing to acknowledge that fact.

The UCP is forcing public servants back to the office full time. Why should someone be paid by tax dollars but not have to be present in the office of their employment? For no reason at all here is the full calendar of how many days this year the gov't went to the office.

@Lorian_H She also said that any tests that lead to a diagnosis will be refunded but many of my diagnostic tests were done to exclude some diagnosis or to see how my condition is doing. How do things like that factor in?

@nenshi I would love to see some actual plans from you and your party. Not just objecting to the UCP but actual concrete ideas for what you would do instead. It would go a long way to showing us what Alberta could be.

Just voted in Edmonton’s municipal election. Total disaster. New provincial changes have totally messed up the system. Took 40 minutes, longest ever. What a mess. #yegcc
